Our work includes:

  • Demolition of existing finishes and agreed bathroom elements.
  • Surface preparation for tile.
  • Tile and natural stone installation.
  • Installing or replacing vanities and cabinets, mirrors, handles and towel holders.
  • Adjustable shower door installation.

The details help a room feel finished. After a beautiful new shower, it is nice to give your towel a proper home instead of continuing negotiations with the door handle.

The Right People for Each Part of the Project

Electrical, plumbing, painting, finish carpentry, heating and air-conditioning work are handled by the appropriate partner contractors. We coordinate the agreed work with them while concentrating on our own specialty.

Building new walls, installing windows and other major alterations are outside the work we perform ourselves. If your plans include these changes, their scope and the contractors responsible need to be established separately at the beginning.

Clear responsibilities help put the work in the right order. New tile, for example, is much happier staying in place once all the necessary work behind it has been completed.

Working with Dream Tile Installation saves you the additional markup on partner contractors’ work compared with hiring a general contractor who adds that markup to the price. We carry out our own scope and coordinate our partners, passing their prices on to you without our own commission. That leaves more of your budget for the remodel itself.

We estimate and charge for our own work. The overall project budget depends on the condition of your bathroom, your selected materials and how extensive the changes will be.
