Demolition Work

Make Room for What Comes Next

A renovation often starts with removing what needs to be replaced. Dream Tile Installation provides demolition for individual surfaces, bathrooms, showers and other agreed areas, with careful attention to what needs to stay.

You may already be picturing the new tile or the shower you have in mind. Getting there starts with making room for it, while taking care of the parts of your home you still want to keep.

What We Remove

Depending on the project, demolition may include:

  • Tile, laminate and other existing floor or wall finishes.
  • Bathtubs and shower enclosures.
  • Cabinets, vanities and built-in elements.
  • Bathroom accessories and selected walls within the agreed scope.

Careful Work Around What Stays

Demolition requires more than removing old materials. We use our experience to work carefully around adjacent surfaces, furniture and fixtures that remain part of the space.

For example, the shower may be coming out while the vanity beside it stays. That is where careful removal matters: the renovation should move forward with attention to the things you are keeping, too.

We protect nearby surfaces with cardboard and protective paper secured with tape. Plastic-sheeting screens help limit the spread of dust and dirt beyond the work area.

Debris Removal and Cleanup

Demolition labor and debris hauling and disposal are charged separately. Hauling and disposal are not included in the demolition labor price; their cost is calculated separately based on the volume or weight of the debris. We also clean the work area after demolition to clear the space for the next stage of the renovation.
